What to Expect at a Family Concert
Join us this November 22 & 23 for a special family-friendly concert where young music lovers can get up close and personal with the four families of the symphony orchestra!
The event kicks off with an instrument petting zoo at 1:00 pm, giving students a hands-on experience with real orchestral instruments.
During the concert, we’ll perform shorter, engaging pieces to showcase the unique sounds of each instrument family—strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion.
Plus, a few lucky children may be selected to sit within the orchestra itself for an unforgettable experience!
Before heading home, children can pick up a small gift as a keepsake of their musical adventure.
This one-hour concert is the perfect way to introduce kids to the magic of live music and the wonderful world of the symphony!
